PAX Terminal Setup
The following are instructions for adding loading PAX terminals with C9PG Payment Device Controller (C9PDC).
The name of the company it will be under is Cloud9 Payment Gateway, C9PG or 911 Software.
USA
1. Login the pax store us marketplace.(URL:https://paxus.paxstore.us/)
2. Go to Administrator Center
3. Go to Terminal Manager page, and then turn to Terminal List page.
4. If you did not register the device, register your pax device first.
5. Click your registered pax device in the list and go to the Terminal Detail page.
6. Go to App&Firmware page, click PUSH APP button.
7. Enter the APP name “TSYS” in the search box to locate the TSYS App.
8. Select the “BroadPOS TSYS Sierra” APP to config the params, and then push it to the device.
9. Push “C9PDC” APP to the device.
Canada
1. Login the Pax Store Canada marketplace.
2. Go to Administrator Center
3. Go to Terminal Manager page, and then turn to Terminal List page
4. Register your Pax device.
5. Click your registered Pax device in the list and go to the Terminal Detail page
6. Go to App&Firmware page, click PUSH APP button
7. Enter the APP name “Portico Canada” in the search box to locate the Global App.
8. Select the “Portico Canada” APP to config the parameters and then push it to the device.
9. Push “C9PDC” APP to the device too.
